How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of the full plan. You add a card at sign-up so there's no interruption afterwards, but nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel from your account page before then and you pay nothing.
What's the difference between self-hosted and hosted?
Self-hosted means you install it on web hosting you rent yourself (shared hosting like Hostinger works, from a few dollars a month). You get every feature and your data never leaves your server; you press the button when an update arrives. Hosted means we run it for you: we set it up, keep it updated and back it up. You just sign in.
Do I need the paid price services?
No. Inventory, the till, your website, holds, consignment and reports work on their own. Prices, eBay listing and card recognition need outside accounts, some free and some paid — the add-ons page lists each one with its cost. On every plan you bring your own keys, and the services bill you directly.
What happens if I stop paying?
On self-hosted, nothing locks: your shop and your data keep working; updates stop until you renew. On hosted, we keep your site running for 14 days after a failed payment, then pause it. You can download a full backup of your data at any time, and we'll send you one after you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, from your account page or by replying to any of our emails. Moving from hosted to self-hosted (or back) includes a full copy of your data.
Which games does it cover?
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece and Riftbound, plus baseball, basketball, football and hockey cards. Sealed product, slabs and bulk are all handled.
Is my data private?
Your inventory, costs and customers are yours. On self-hosted they never leave your server. On hosted each customer has their own separate install and database. We never sell or share data — see privacy.
